Our Story

Welcome to Vincent's French Bakery, the creation of Chef Vincent Durin and his wife, Christine, nestled in the quaint community of Lake Worth Beach, Florida. With an unwavering passion for authentic French cuisine, our bakery is devoted to enriching your palate with an array of freshly baked pastries, savory breakfasts, and satisfying lunches.

 

Chef Vincent’s culinary odyssey commenced with a foundational apprenticeship in Charcuterie-Traiteur in France, where he meticulously honed his skills and nurtured a deep appreciation for high quality ingredients. After perfecting his craft in some of France’s most prestigious kitchens, Vincent and Christine ventured to Quebec, where they successfully established two restaurants and a catering service. Their journey eventually took them back to the South of France to open a celebrated restaurant renowned for its exceptional dining experience.

 

At Vincent's, we are firm believers that the cornerstone of exceptional pastries is the quality of the ingredients. We proudly use flour imported from France, ensuring each bite encapsulates the authentic taste of France. Chef Vincent’s meticulous attention to detail and creative flair shine through in each dish, while Christine meticulously manages every operational facet, guaranteeing that each guest experiences unparalleled service and care.

 

From the inception of Vincent's, their son Hugo has been pivotal to the bakery's success, infusing fresh ideas into every aspect of the business. Recently, the family welcomed a new member, Allison, Hugo’s wife, who has quickly become an integral part of the team. Together, they continue to uphold the bakery’s legacy of quality and hospitality.
